Mark has always been a die hard Penn State Football fan. He grew up outside of State College, watching Penn State Football games with a passion. Mark was an athlete since he was 4 years old, starting with golf. After high school, as a freshman at Penn State in 2011 he tried out for the football team. At the time under coach Joe Paterno. 

While a student, Mark worked in communications co-hosting a talk show for CommRadio. He also got into bodybuilding, and worked as a trainer at the University Park campus gyms. He graduated from Penn State in 2015 with a degree in broadcast journalism, and minor in kinesiology. 

He worked as a personal trainer for 10 years, becoming a part of the fitness industry. He was also an athlete for a supplement company. Later Mark got into the podcast world, founding the podcast in 2021. Originally airing only on audio, in 2022 he started the Youtube channel. Mark and the team talk about sports several times a week on the channel.

Brett joined the Mark Lesko Podcast in 2024. Brett grew up in State College, Pa. After a long struggle with addiction, Brett has been sober for over 11 years. He has become an inspiration for Mark and many others. He is hard worker, and leader for many. Brett started following the Penn State Football team in 2013. 

Brett has a die hard passion for Penn State Football, and Penn State Football recruiting. He also loves Penn State Basketball, hosting a show on the Mark Lesko Podcast with former Penn State great, and NBA player Tyler Smith.

Jerrod, a die hard Pittsburgh professional teams fan grew up outside of State College, Pa. He joined the Mark Lesko Podcast in 2024. He hosts his own show on the podcast. He talks the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. 

Jerrod and Mark met many years ago, when Mark as a young kid was an attendee of bible school. Jerrod was one of his chaperones. He brings a lot of energy to his shows.

Mark Sr. grew up outside of State College, Pa. He joined the Podcast in 2025. Mark has always been a die hard Penn State fan. He graduated in 1987, the same year Penn State won the National Title. He was the first person in his family to graduate from college. Being a pioneer for his three kids, who all went to college themselves.

Mark studied criminal justice at Penn State. He worked as a prison guard for a few years, then went back to his job at Penn State that he was apart of as a student. He retired from Penn State in 2024 after 35 years of service.
